1)Sleeping affects your learning because if you study during the day and after that if you don't get enough sleep, then your brain will not be able to upload all the information that you have studied during the day.
2)I sleep only 8 and a half hours daily and I think its not enough because when I go to school I will have little headache during the day and it happens randomly.
3)No, I am not going to change how much I will sleep because I have to check my Facebook, Odnoklassniki, Instagram, viber and What'sapp.
